Antigermix®
Antigermix leads the way in high-level disinfection (HLD) for reprocessing of transoesophageal echocardiography transducers (TEE/TOE) and non-lumen endoscopes.
Used in healthcare settings around the world
In rigorous testing, both the Antigermix and Chronos® demonstrate proven effectiveness against a wide range of organisms. Our devices undergo continuous independent testing to meet global regulatory standards in North America, Europe, Australasia, and other regions.
The new standard of excellence for UV-C HLD
Cutting-edge Yuvee® technology powers the superior performance of Antigermix. Yuvee leverages the unique properties of UV-C light to eliminate the threat of microorganisms and achieve HLD.
In contrast to traditional disinfection methods, the chemical-free approach of Yuvee eliminates the risk of staff and patient contact with hazardous substances, including fumes and toxic chemical residues that can cause burns.

Training for staff on the use of the Antigermix and Chronos products is conducted during the installation. Digital training is available including videos and references guides. A comprehensive e-training presentation with a Competency Assessment checklist is also available.
UV-C HLD does not require the use of chemical disinfectants, which can be harmful to the environment, especially when disposed improperly. UV-C HLD technology uses minimal energy and limited water. It requires no single-use consumables, such as wipes or other disposables.
Antigermix and Chronos UV-C HLD systems are endorsed for use by more than 1,000 probe manufacturers. These include major brands such as GE HealthCare, Philips, and Siemens and many others. Contact us to find out if your probe can use Antigermix and Chronos.
The UV-C dose is the amount of light energy delivered to a surface during the disinfection process. Germitec's Antigermix systems are equipped with advanced sensors and UV-C monitoring technology that precisely measure and control the UV-C dose, ensuring that the required level of disinfection is achieved.
